Pay Your Utility Bill

We are excited to share with you a change in our on-line billing service.  We have entered into an agreement with nexbillpay.net to enhance the service that we provide to our on-line users. 

You can pay your bill by credit card or debit card.

Using this service is easy, just follow the steps below:

Step 1.  Click on “Pay your Bill”.

Step 2. Click on “Sign in” if you already have an account with Nexbillpay or click on the "Sign Up Now" link to set up an account with nextbillpay. You will need your account number with MSEB. Use the account number NO DASHES. The NAME will be FIRST one that appears on the bill and will need to be in the format as follows: Last Name, First Name (initial or other name if on the bill)

If your service has been disconnected for non-payment YOU MUST CALL THE OFFICE to pay your bill and have service restored! (256) 386-9290 Option 2
