	Meet the Staff
	Rickey Thomas, General Manager (256) 386-9290 rthomas@mseb.net		Rickey Thomas has been employed with the Electric Board since 1978 and has been manager since 1988. He previously served as the Board's assistant manager and electrical engineer. He is a graduate of Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree. He is a registered professional electrical engineer in the State of Alabama.


	Terry McMinn, Superintendent (256) 386-9290 tmcminn@mseb.net		Terry McMinn has been employed with MSEB since 1970 as a lineman and foreman lineman and was promoted to Superintendent in January 2005. He is an instructor at International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 558's apprentice school.


	Mike Smith, Engineer (256) 386-9290 msmith@mseb.net		Mike Smith joined the Muscle Shoals Electric Board in 1999. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 1990. He is an instructor at International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 558's apprentice school.


	Charlie Ricks, Accountant (256) 386-9290 cricks@mseb.net	Charlie Ricks has been employed with the Electric Board since 1977. He has a BA in Accounting from The University of North Alabama.


	Anthony Peebles, Customer Service Representative (256) 386-9290 apeebles@mseb.net	If you have a complaint, contact Anthony Peebles. Anthony has been employed with the Electric Board since 1996. You may contact Anthony to discuss your account or for counseling for those with difficulty paying their bills. You may also contact Anthony if you dispute your bill. He supervises all meter reading related duties.


	Connie Orman, Head Clerk (256) 386-9290 corman@mseb.net	Connie Orman has been employed with the Electric Board since 1985. She was promoted to Head Clerk in January 1998. She supervises the front office, the billing process, and helps maintain the CIS software and network. Contact Connie for questions concerning your billing information.
