Pay Your Utility Bill

We are excited to share with you a change in our on-line billing service.  We have entered into an agreement with Xpress-pay.com to enhance the service that we provide to our on-line users.  Starting October 1, 2010, your on-line payments will be processed by X-press-pay.com.

You can pay your bill by credit card or debit card.

Using this service is easy, just follow the steps below:

Step 1.  Log into www.mseb.net (do not use previously saved bookmarks)

Step 2. Click on “Access Your Account” and then click on “Pay your Bill”.

Step 3.  Complete the required fields:

• Account number (use dashes as shown on your bill)
• Pin Number  (Please call our office at 256-386-9290 to request a PIN.  Identification verification will be required.)

Step 4.  Click “Find Bills”

Step 5.  Add Bill to your cart and submit payment.
