Visit the New Customer Portal
Starting Monday, May 18, 2026, you’ll be able to access the new Orbit One Customer Portal from this website or download the mobile app.
Create Your New Account
All customers — even those who paid online with our previous system — will create a new account using their email address and MSEB account number.
